Review summary

We paid over £400 for our excursions in June and our tickets weren’t in our cabin when we arrived. My daughter spent hours in the queue at Guest Reservations trying to sort it out.

Very disappointed as it was changed at the last minute. Was looking forward to going there as I hadnt been there before. This was replaced by a trip to Gothenburg which we’d already paid for. After waiting in a queue for 45 minutes we were told they’d forgotten to order the bus. As I am disabled I didn’t think I’d need my wheelchair as we didn’t intend to get on and off the bus so I only took my stroller. I had to find a toilet but couldn’t walk with just my stroller as it was so far away. People said there was nothing there and were all complaining. All I did was go to the toilet and straight back on the shuttle bus. Luckily there was a seat for me to sit in when my daughter was queueing for the 45 minutes waiting for the hop on hop off bus. TUI then decided to cancel all the hop on hop off buses for the remainder of the holiday which we’d already paid for. I was unable to do any other excursions due to my disability.
