Other than the Parthenon I didn't find much else there. The city is large and dirty. I would not return to Athens.

The historical sites are a must, but the people are rude, unfriendly, and there is a hint of anti-American sentiment present. I am glad I got to see Athens, but will never go back.

The excursions were not long enough. There was a lot of time left over at the end of the excursion, and port was not close enough to walk to any sites.

We had visited Athens before and loved it. This time, because of the Greek economic protests, we only visited the Plaka and shops around there. It was fine for us and everyone is always friendly.

Really like the Parthenon. The city was a mess and the graffiti was even worse. Trash piled everywhere.
