The city is no big deal --- like any other big city. The Acropolis is worth seeing.

Just not enough time to see everything, but must see the Acropolis. Archelogical Museum was a little disappointing, but glad I saw it. Ate lunch at 3 p.m. at the Ladeao Marriott, was crowded food was diaappointing.

The port is beautiful and the ancient sites of Athens are must-see places, however, the demonstrations and strikes made siteseeing problematical.
