Review summary
The Norwegian Jade was a nice ship, but was very disappointed in their new Free Style Dining, much prefer the assigned seating. Other open seating dining menu was same day after day. Not very tasty either. Must say the medical staff were great when best friend became ill with the "cruise line flu", and because we stayed in stateroom for 24 hours got $100 ship board credit. Our stateroom attendant was very good. Appreciated him. Room service after breakfast meals were just plain bad, food was cold. Breakfast of cold cereal and breads was good. They should put all smokers in same area. We had smokers on both sides of our balcony room and much of the time could not sit out on balciny for the smoke coming from both sides. Entertainment was okay but not the Las Vegas style used to on other cruises.Ship experiences
