Long bus ride but Florence was beautiful. Not enough time to do everything.

We hailed a cab in the port of Livorno, they charged us $100 Euro to go to the town of Pisa and come back. It was about a 25 min ride. The driver was very nice and it proved to be a good deal. we spent about 5 hours walking around Pisa and seeing the sights.

Florence & Pisa are a ways inland. You won't have time to do a lot of sight seeing on your own.

Very rushed, missed much because of congestion, but glad we went.

Florence was good but by this time we were getting pretty tired. Might pace myself more next time and spend this day on the boat. Pisa was interesting,
