Booked a tour through Cruisesonly not through NCL. Turns out we weren't on a tour bus but rather a minivan with one other couple. Saw everything! Unbelievable! The best thing we did!

The thousands of people was just unbelievable. Our tour guide was always up ahead of us and hard to keep up with him and always worried we were going to get lost. The coliseum was great but there too long , guide had too many stories of gladiators. Rushed through Vatican, cisteen chapel. We didn't get to see inside of Basilica, trevie fountain, or Spanish steps. VERY disappointed. The city will not let busses come close enough for people with walking issues
