Very hilly but the city bus is super convienient. Go to Place Yenne buy a ticket at the newsstand for 1.3 euro then take bus 7 for a great ride around the city, on the second round get off at the Castillo and walk back down the hills.

WHAT A CITY! BEAUTIFUL port! If you can, take a tour in a Tricycle, like those tuk-tuks in Manila, which will take you all over the city through small streets all the way up to the Cathedral.... the city and the views are something you will always remember about Cagliari. There is a stand of this city tours on the pier, where the buses take you from the ship to the city center..... a very affordable tour!

If you are not a beach goer, plan a trip to the excavation at Nona.

Beautiful port that you do not need to spend money on an excursion for. The town is easy to navigate on your own. We walked all the way up the hill and shopped around and all you really had to do was get back down the hill and find the boat. There is a free shuttle bus right into the main town from the cruise ship.

Similar to Corsica, we felt we didn't have enough time here. There's so much to explore and just not enough time in port. We wish we had done an excursion to get more of a flavour of what seemed like a wonderful Island.

In Cagliari we just walked around by ourselves. It is a nice town that is easy to get around and has plenty to see.

Been here several times, 1st time was over 10 years ago, street vendors then we're everywhere, not so much now. If you can face the truck to the top of the hill there are nice places for a glass a vino de regioni.

We got off the ship and did a 10 Eu bus ride to the top of the city and walked around a little. Then we went back to the bottom of town and walked around. We went to an open air restaurant and had a pizza and some wine. Molto Bello.

Walked straight off the ship and quickly into the busy town which has something to offer everyone. Plenty of local restaurants serving all kinds of cuisine. I recommend the City Tour which is fun to do in one of the blue tuk tuks you will find eating on the street corners. Try Calessino Calgliari Tours on the internet.
