Don't do the Delos tour, it was really long and boring! Walk around and enjoy the Mykonos and it's winding streets.

Get the ferry to Delos at the area you tender in. You can do it on your own for 13 euros I think. There are so many guided tours, you don't have to join an organized one unless you want to. Hike up Mt. Kythnos for a great view. Be sure to bring food and water. Back in Mykonos we found Petros the pelican also to be a ham and very funny.
