Review summary

Good cruise but would not do it again, going to Albania was a waste of time, should find a decent port to call at. Reception staff need to attend a customer service course.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Baggage was "lost" or the label had come off and the reception staff could not be bothered to see if it was on board, eventually found it (in reception) 7 hrs later.

A few people said a couple of our Alaska ports were a waste of time but they proved to be our favourites. Less touristy meant more authentic.

i'm sure you knew and researched ports before you sailed and i've always found p&o crew very helpful even with self entitled passengers
