We took 3 excursions in Havana. A 4 hr. bus tour of old and new Havana. The buses are clean, a/c and have toilets. The tour guides were excellent. Spoke English that you could understand. We went to the Tropicana club. That was the hi-light of our trip. Beautiful show, 2 hrs. We also took the 4 hr. walking tour. They were all educational and professional. Havana is time stood still.

My main reason for this trip was to see Havana. We took the Ultimate Havana excursion which was good, although somewhat boring.

We did the antique car excursion, and it was okay. Interesting tour of the city, mostly the old city. Also did the Tropicana show that night. Worth going to see.

We did the excursion called Havanas Bucket List. It was a nine hour tour and the tour guide was smart and had us to the walking part in the morning since it was cooler. It was a long tour but hit a lot of different things in Cuba. The lunch provided was amazing and gave more food than expected.

Not my favorite port. Is not cool that you already paid for your cruise and then have to pay an additional $75 to enter into this countries port. We did the air conditioned motorized coach bus tour with a guide. This is a good idea, especially with that heat. This tour is about 3-4 hours long with some planned stops at the major attractions and one shopping point that only sells three (3) things, rum, cigars and coffee. By doing this tour, you skip the locals who may try to sell you bogus items and make fast money. You do need to convert your cash to cups (money with monuments on them) so you can buy things. Slowly but surely they are beginning to take american money but they get you going and coming for they charge you to convert your money plus tax and then again when and if you sell some back. I think possibly this would have been a better port experience if we did an overnight here. It rained and so after our excursion tour we were limited to our activities.

This was a great experience. The excursion was really good. We didn't get to see everything due to weather and a scheduling problem, but our tour guide made it informative and enjoyable.

Havana has some really interesting architecture that's worth seeing as well as some old fortifications. We did an excursion in one of the old cars that drove us around the city. Look fast! They don't stop to take pictures often. We stopped at Hotel Nacional de Cuba for mojitos. The hotel was interesting, but the mojitos didn't have much rum in them. Our particular car had a transmission problem, but we crossed our fingers and made it back to the port. Did a walkabout the next morning and took some cool pictures. We had a disappointing breakfast at one of the hotels by the port.
