The island and beaches were beautiful! My sister and I felt like we were being accosted by the locals trying to sell their goods. I've traveling to Caribbean islands before and am more familiar with their "sales tactics" but we had a could men trying to split my sister and I apart... Super creepy! This is a private beach owned by Royal Caribbean so I was hoping the shopping there would be less intense but it was the scariest shopping trip I've ever experienced from a cruise.

Great stop. They own the area so the beverage package worked while at that port. Did the jet ski and parasailing and those were awesome. The only bad part was the locals gift shops. They had a gift shop on the part of the port that Royal owned and they had good prices but when you went to the area run by the locals it was high pressure sales. We still bought stuff but I don’t like high pressure sales.

No excursions but I did FULLJOY the beach. Since we had the 7 yo with us we chose the section by the kids water sprinkler so She could play freely since she was afraid the beach was too deep for her.

We really wanted a relaxing beach day. We rented a 2 lounge chair cabana right on the beach. It was great. RCCL provided a nice BBQ lunch and there is an artisan village for some local shopping.

We were VERY happy with our excursion Dragon’s Flight . It was worth every penny! and Nelly’s beach was my favorite , very safe secluded beach for the family . 😊

Surprisingly Gorgeous location! Oasis was only ship at port. I didn't feel over crowded like I did in Cozumel (7 ships). The only time I felt crowded was at lunch. Buffet was a hot mess! Way too many people to have one lunch spot and the food was not tasty... hot dog/hamburgers, potato salad, cookies. There was a kiddie splash area along the north coast, Columbus Cove I believe. We tipped a gentleman to set us up with a few lounge chairs. We didn't run into any pushy vendors. We went straight from ship to beach. We hitched a ride back on an open-aired tram. A nice beach day with no extra fees (except tipping).
