Review summary

Our cruise was fantastic overall. We did everything we wanted and more. Entertainment was above average, lots of fun with plenty of activities and plenty of time to chill if you wanted to do that. Casino was fun and dealers were friendly and helpful.

No problems at all, went real smooth

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
They were great !! You need to have a smaller buffet open all night instead of just the smaller specialty food shops. Some of us would like to have something other than pizza or hot dogs at night.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
pools were great, slides, activities, track was nice to walk around. Our grand kids love going to there areas to do activities and your staff was fantastic with them all.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The ones we went to were fantastic. A LOT of great Talent and dedication with hard work went into the shows. Still talking about them. Your comedians were perfect. I like they were clean and not trashy with sexual stuff and very little foul language. It was refreshing !!!! Loved it.

Children's Programs

My grandkids LOVED all they did and were mad we didn't get them there when it opened first thing in the morning, lol

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They were all GREAT. All staff we even passed in the hallways were very friendly and polite.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Yes, it was GREAT

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Loved the room and layout. Only thing was we wished we would have asked for a fan in the evening for better air circulation during the night. It seemed that big window heated up the room during the day and the room took a long time to cool down at night, but you had to keep curtain open to see the views and get the light to come in.

Ship tip

Go to ALL the entertainment you can on the ship and don't be afraid to ask questions about anything going on the ship. Be sure to read the compass every night before you go to bed and plan what you want to do the next day.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

You need to work on the traffic flow a little better. Getting rental cars there, picking up and dropping off, then battling taxis, shuttles, etc, but that's part of the experience i guess.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Was great !!! Went snorkeling and swam.

Falmouth, Jamaica

Yes, did caves and Dunn river falls, LOVED all of it. Our guides were GREAT!!!

Cozumel, Mexico

GREAT place. Need more access to public beaches. Paid 30 bucks a person to go to a private beach that wasn't that big. Was a GREAT time though. But with 12 people was pretty expensive. We had our kids and grandkids with us.

got off the boat in unbelievable time. That new program of luggage being checked all the way home is Fantastic !!!! We went to the beach all day til our flight left that night and didn't have to lug our luggage everywhere during the day. Got home to Salt Lake City, and our luggage was there. Well worth that program. Will definitely do that again!!!
