What a joke for an excursion as we got the all inclusive beach break which included snorkel, food and drinks and blood. Beware that the snorkel equipment is only for an hour and it counts from the time you sign it out until you return it, that's not to bad per say, but when you have to either wade out in 2 ft of water or try to walk out to get to your snorkeling part , you have already wasted an 1/2 hr which leaves you only 10 mintes to snorkel and then the same ritual back in, snorkel in 2 ft of water or walk, I walked where I could and snorkeled where I could and then I caught coral on my knee, nothing serious but needed 6 bandages , The food here was better then on the ship

Unfortunately the beach has rocks the size of boulders - due to the hurricane. It is not what it use to be. Still a beautiful island.

We chose not to have an excursion and just wanted to have a beach day, but by the time we docked, most of the free beach loungers were taken since Carnival Sensation arrived before us. It was about $20 for a chair with an umbrella and we didn't feel like paying for a chair. The sad part was there were so many chairs to rent on the beach that you couldn't even see the sand anymore. The aesthetic of the beautiful island was lost to the endless sea of chairs. We ended up going to Margaritaville and had a pool day because we had a very hot and grumpy 11 year old who was not in the mood to walk around anymore. The water was quite refreshing since it was another scorcher of a day. Of course, there weren't any available chairs there either, but we made due by just placing our beach bag by a planter and went into the pool.

Loved this port!!! We enjoyed the beach off the port and did some snorkeling over a shipwreck.

My favorite port all time, this was my sixth time being at this port. The four of us rented a golf cart and just drove around the island. We went to the lighthouse and stopped off at several other locations where the beach was empty. Ended up on Duke Street at the sandbar bar and grill. If you ever go there try the shrimp quesadillas they are delicious.

Watch out for the rocks on the beach - very hard to swim in the ocean because of them.

The tour guide was very good. He made it fun. There wasn’t much that interested us on the island, though.

Did some shopping, visited the Margaritaville pool, and snorkeled at Grand Turk. It was extremely hot that day but the water was refreshing and the shops were cool. The chairs to the left of the ship (docked) were full when we disembarked so we went to the right. We were disappointed to see that the majority of the clamshells and chairs on this side were broken and unusable :-(.
