Went diving with Adventures in Diving STX and Mitch was very patient since it was my first dive. It was enjoyable and I recommend. We spent the rest of the day snorkeling at the beach right by the port and saw lots of cool fish.

Nice quiet beach with hermit crabs and snorkelling opportunities, not much else around the port - the Danish Fort is not maintained and not much of a photo op.

Did our own thing-- took a taxi to Christiansted to the beach. Was fun for one day but wouldn't want to spend any additional time in St Croix.

Excursion staff said there wasn't anything right at the dock, but there was a beach within view.

The port is not very nice and not much to do right at the port. The small town by the port is dirty. Next time we go to St. Croix I would either stay on the ship or do some kind for boat/snorkeling excursion.
