The port area was beautiful and the nearby beach was nice but, the vendors were too intense for our comfort. We called it the gauntlet and it felt exactly like that lol. We just had to keep walking. It is absolutely worth seeing and we only spent $11 so you don't HAVE to give in and buy anything, just be prepared for the attempts constantly.

The Jamaica port was interesting. We would like to go back there. We did the Konoko Falls and Martha Steward lunch. We had a great time and met wonderful people.

We did the Bob Marley excursion with an outside tour company and loved it. The ride up to 9 mile is bumpy, but you get to see the countryside. If you like Bob Marley, do not miss this. I’ve read how some have said there are people on the property pressuring you to buy weed...we did not experience this. There is weed, but nobody bothers you. There place is so mellow and everyone was kind. I would have loved to spend a week!!

We loved Jamaica!! When we got off the ship there were hagglers, but once I told them I pre-booked with someone else, they did not try to haggle me anymore and even helped show me where to find the group I booked with. We booked with Sham & Orion and did Blue Hole which was amazing!!!! I definitely recommend Blue Hole and Sham & Orion.

We did atv in the jungle. It was ok. They had us stop every 5 minutes to get pictures taken. That was kind of annoying. Then they wanted $300.00 for pictures. I did buy them but I talked them down to $200.00. I don’t think I would recommend this Excursion.

I like Jamaica if you know your way around and can avoid the rip offs . horse back ridding is great and duns falls is nice if their isn't more than one ship in the harbor at a time.
