Enjoyed cruising on the Carnival Horizon with my husband as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The staff made the cruise comfortable and enjoyable. The entertainment and other activities were fun, so many options!
On a serious note, we were heartbroken to learn of a passenger's death on the ship as we returned to Miami. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Great service and entertainment from Sari, I Ketut and Beny in the main dining room and enjoyed two specialty restaurants with great service and food. Also many other choices with buffets and other venues for seafood, burgers and pizza.

Nancy, room steward, provided outstanding service--always with a smile. We really appreciated her attentive service and cleanliness of our room. Our main dining room wait staff - Sari, I Ketut and Beny were personable - always remembering your name and preferences, and provided great service throughout the trip. We also had great service during breakfast in the dining room during the couple of times we skipped the buffet. Highly recommend having breakfast made to order!

The ships interior was well-maintained throughout the cruise. The exterior was cleaned during port visits. It is amazing how much continuous maintenance occurs.

Quick and efficient due to Faster to the Fun. Also, hire a luggage steward as you disembark and you'l have assistance with all your luggage and will move ahead to customs very quickly. Worth every penny.
