We went on a 6 day cruise for our anniversary. We were looking for a relaxing and chill time and we got everything we hoped for. Although there was plenty of adventure and wild times on board we were still able to find more subdued places and activities as well.

We ate in the MDR each night and it did not disappoint.
We tried all of the following for lunch:
*Guy's BBQ 💜
*JiJi's 💜 we were pretty close to closing time and it showed a little in the service but the noodle bowls were delish.
*Bansai Sushi 💜 won't get better sushi for the price.
*Guy's burgers 💜 fries not my favorite but still good. Those burgers though 😍
*Salad bar in Serenity 💜 a wonderful light option
Breakfast at the Lido Marketplace on port days was very good, crowded but ran quickly.
Sea Day brunch was very good and different.
The huevos rancheros at Blue Iguana are to die for.
Late night snacking was hard to find for free. Most close by 11 but, 24 hour pizza for free which is quite good and for a very small price GREAT room service and QUICK.

We had a connected room and could hear everything from the other room. Not a big deal, earplugs were great. A little noise from the lounge and atrium but again, earplugs.
We took a bus/cab to the Royal Palms beach club on Seven Mile Beach. Total cost with tip was $19 for the two of us including the club entrance fee. Fun party atmosphere with a big crowd, not crowded though.
We weren't looking for that mood so we walked to a quieter area. If you're looking for chill there are a ton of public beach access areas. Probably a 20 minute walk but well worth the hike.
The port area was beautiful and the nearby beach was nice but, the vendors were too intense for our comfort. We called it the gauntlet and it felt exactly like that lol. We just had to keep walking. It is absolutely worth seeing and we only spent $11 so you don't HAVE to give in and buy anything, just be prepared for the attempts constantly.
We did the Mayan ball game and lunch excursion at the Kun Che Sanctuary. It was awesome, educational and worth every penny. We did bring extra cash for tips and I felt it was deserved. They made it clear it was optional and I didn't feel pressured at all personally. Lots of commitment from all the performers and Hanna was a wonderful guide throughout.
A little wait but, only because we had an earlier flight so we had to disembark during the busiest time. If you wait a LITTLE bit, take your time, you could walk right off.
