Port area is new & nice but between the vendors & taxi drivers in your face we just went back on board

Long Walk down pier was hard for a member of our group. The constant hounding to by something from the people selling in the port area made my daughter's nervous. There were so many they felt overwhelmed and at one point scared.

Doesn't seem like any money is going back in to Jamaica. We were bombarded as soon as you walk out from the ship. Everyone: wanting to braid your hair, take you on an excursion: etc...I would say this was our least favorite port out of our 3.

We did the Bob Sledding. We booked through carnival. We had to meet our van pretty early. Taking the sky ride up the wait was not bad. To get on the actual bob sled we waited about 2 hours in line. Was only able to do once.

The docking area was very industrial. I noticed the ship will be at a different port next year. I am sure this is the reason. Not the ship's fault, Ocho needs another port built.
