I’ve been here before and hated it because we didn’t do an excursion. This time we went to Mystic Mountain for the bobsled and Dunn’s River Falls Excursion. I highly recommend this. It was an awesome experience, the falls was much easier than I thought to climb and we had an amazing time.

Dirty. Approached by street urchins wanting to sell you drugs or drive you to unknown places. Very uncomfortable

Our second 1/2 day with sun...we walked around Ocho Rios for a couple of hours once docked....very cool town but the locals are pretty overbearing. I've traveled quite a bit so this wasn't new to me; If your ready for it you'll be fine...just be firm. Because of the sun, we once again camped out on the beach...this time in front of Margaritaville. LOVED it! They have a swim up bar, slide, and service on the beach.

We took an independent tour to visit Dunn's River Falls as well as tubing down the White River. Dunn's River Falls is a staple for Jamaica. You can climb up the falls or beside them on paved paths. Tubing down the White River was a highlight. The men who ran the tubing tours were with us the whole time, though about 1/2 way through, they stop you and want you to go up on the shore and buy trinkets from a craft market in the middle of a jungle. Aside from that, it was absolutely exhillarating and fun--plus you get to see really incredible scenery as you whisk past in your inner tube. GREAT FUN!
