Review summary

I will never cruise again. Bad experience. There was never enough time to spend in ports. Most ports were off the tourist path. Felt rushed. Not relaxing at all. There was only one adult pool. Activities were limited. Music was international nothing to get you moving.

Liked the cooking excursion. But once again not enough time. Excursion was to start at 10am then got changed to 11am and by the time everyone was accounted for it was noon didn’t get to excursion until 1230pm cooking started at 1pm no time to enjoy beach. Then once cooking excursion was over we had to leave. An the bus wasn’t there so we had to take a taxi. Not organized very well. Paid $180 US and thought it was a rip off.

Confusing. Had to walk through the ship to get off. Never going to cruise with y’all again. First cruise bad experience. Waste of $3500US

I was on this same cruise and this is far fetched. To rate embarkation a one star when there was literally no one getting off the ship at the port and people were checking in and not even being assigned boarding numbers is ludicrous. I got there at 11 and was in my room by 11:30 and at the bar with a drink in my hand by 11:35 and that’s even with a small issue with my son’s key card. She said she went as a couple, but still rated the kids club a 1 star! You could get a good mix of music if you went to different venues throughout the ship and check the dailies. The DJ was one of my favorite parts of the cruise. The food was phenomenal and the ship was kept clean as a whistle other than a few public restrooms. This reviewer doesn’t need a new cruise line, but to skip cruising all together.

I'm really sorry you had such a horrible cruise. So EVERYTHING was wrong and miserable? Was there nothing that you enjoyed? Maybe since it was your first cruise you didn't know what to expect. Everything is not for everybody

When people can’t find even one positive thing about a cruise, it’s not the cruise, it’s the cruiser. You are obviously a person who cannot be pleased and does zero research before spending thousands of dollars on a vacation. I hope no one reads this and starts to rethink their plan about taking a cruise.

"Had to walk through the ship to get off." What exactly were you expecting?? You walked onto the ship, right? Would you have preferred they just toss you overboard? Maybe carry you off? This is such a bizarre review.

Wow! Cruising is definitely not for you. I’m not even sure traveling is for you since it seems like most of the things you complained about are just normal things you have to deal with when traveling.

Cruising is not for you; when you booked it shows which ports you’re visiting and the time you would be there so I’m not sure what was expected by you since that information is there before you purchase. With any vacation I research so I know what to expect even more with cruises so there are no surprises.

I think cruising is probably not for you! We enjoy it and have a great attitude about it so it works well for us. I hope you find what’s best for you in regards to vacations.

You had 8 hours in Grand Cayman. If you would have only done some research, that was more than enough time to do anything on Grand Cayman. You only have yourself to blame for your poor experience!
