Go to the Sandels resort. Top notch. Only problem is the 'all you can drink' bar. Several folks go drunk and were more than obscene.

Doctor's Cave is beautiful. River rafting was not that great. You should definitely not go out on your own in a car or walking. It is not safe.

Dont try to just find something to do in Jamaica. You will only spend money on nothing. Book through the cruise... Even then, Jamaica is just ghetto and people just want your money.

We did not do an excursion we just got a licensed bus company to take us to the beach and back. Beach was beautiful but extremely crowded. We enjoyed the beach but everything outside of the beach was dirty and our bus we paid to pick us up never came back so we had to pay again for another bus to take us back to the boat.
