Review summary
It was a Carnival cruise which means kitschy fun. They don't measure up to RCCL or Princess, or anybody really. But their prices don't measure up either. Middle of April but kids were everywhere; and everywhere at all times of the day and night (running in halls at midnite, anyone?) Had an Ocean suite which is the equivalent of an average Holiday Inn room. Nothing special at all. VIP boarding is a joke...we got to stand in a 640 person line instead of a 680 person line. Big Whoop!!! Carnival excursions that mention shopping don't mention "its a Carnival-owned shop we'll be taking you to". The Dolphin/Stingray excursion was fun.Ship experiences
