Jamaica was not our favorite and is not easily accessible if you don't know the area. I would recommend an excursion that goes to a hotel or resort for a day. we visited a public beach and toured the island briefly. Interesting to see the area and beautiful Beach but We would have enjoyed nicer amenities and better food options.

Did the 10 point of interest. Guide was great but the place felt so unfriendly, like everywhere we went was filthy and felt like we were intruding. I wouldnt get off the ship again at Jamaica.

We went to Dr. Cave and it was a nice beach, but there are a lot of people wanting you to buy things and also when you get off the bus anywhere in Jamaica someone is going to ask you to buy drugs.
