Nice island to visit, The locals were very friendly and pleasant. Enjoyed our tour of the Rose mansion as well as the scenery.

Everything is WAY to far from port, however it was beautiful.

Everyone was compaining that we had to pay $5.00 pp to get to downtown & then again $5.00 pp to get back to the ship wasn't right. Jamaica is a sesspool & very unsafe. I was tired of being asked every 5 minutes if we wanted to buy drugs. Downtown was a ghetto, & you had to pay to swim in the ocean. I don't care to ever visit there again!

I was disappointed with Montego Bay, very few original crafts and plenty of drug dealers. $120.00 cab ride to the beach seemed a little ridiculous

Be sure to plan an excursion. I couldn't imagine going there without a guide. I found the areas outside of the beach resorts very scary.
