Another great port! we did the barrier reef snorkel and my husband and i loved it! it wasnt a simple snorkel in a shallow area instead they took you in the middle part of the ocean maybe couple hundred feet from the shore and that is where we snorkeled. we saw amazing coral, fish, etc and i liked that we actually had to swim and not just float like other snorkeling.

Simply beautiful! Garden display, small souvenir shops and then we took a tender to the area we were to visit. As a surprise, we also went on an excursion with them to the forest that had "rope bridges" to walk across. We then toured the Mayan ruins and a small spice farm, which was very informative. We were able to purchase some spices to take home (yes the airlines allow you to, just put them in your checked luggage). Loved this island and the very polite and humble people. Definitely would go back here!

Last cruise we tendered into Belize City and it was wonderful. The private island is nice but the "sand" at the beach is as it reads - coarse with broken shells. Not inviting for the feet. They could use some of the sand from Half Moon Caye! Tough to pay for food and drinks when the ship is right there. Unfortunately it's tougher to get off of this island to go anywhere else. Not a favorite for sure but maybe will become a good "back on the ship" day.

No excursion but what a rip off. The island was nicely done, Pool was great. Beach was great. but Food and drinks were extra. If I have a drink package why am I paying for drinks on a NCL owned property. Also any other private island on other cruise lines had a food buffet available at no charge.

Nice beach and pool at the port but took long excursion to Monkey River, where we saw howler monkeys (about 1/4 mile away and crocks and boa about 10 feet and 3 feet away on the excursion.

fun but very expensive, used our 50.00 on board credit to rent the paddle boards. drinks and souvenirs are pretty expensive. beautiful place though.
