Jamaica is meh for me. The transportation costs are a little higher for my family of 5 versus other ports of call ($20 per person roundtrip). We went to the Blue Water Beach Club, $10 per person entry. Blue water was nice, beer prices were around $5 a piece. Food is al a carte, reasonable $12 for jerk chicken.

We were so underwhelmed with this port and its activities that we stayed on board during this port of call and enjoyed very short lines for the Aqua Duck and a practically empty movie theater.

Not a fair review because we didn't hit any beaches - cab rides were $20 per person. Wasn't going to spend $80 one-way to go to a beach 10 minutes away.

Bamboo Blu Beach - highly recommend - just a short taxi ride and the beach is simply gorgeous!

Blue Waters Beach Escape included lounge chairs and lunch as well as drinks. Beach was crowded and a bit dirty.

Port is quite far and shore excursion lack of information. It should have specific schedule and time table. Dunn's river fall is too pack and plantation is too far. We want to see Jamaican culture. We quite disappointed from this trip, lunch is served late at 4pm and not real Jamaican food.

Taxi driver way over estimate the time to get to and from places barely make it back to the ship on time.
