Really enjoyed the mini-sub excursion - the snorkeling crew was very informative and gave great instructions. Felt very safe and enjoyed it very much!

The port is always clean and friendly. We stopped at 3 Amigos just inside the shopping area. While eating some chips and dip, a piece of metal was discovered in the food! When brought to the managers attention he identified it as part of a machine they use to cut tomatoes. They offered to give a discount of 50% to our order, but did not replace the dip. Main concern was all the tables around us had the same dip and they did not consider replacing them.

I’m loved Cozumel. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was because we were ripped off. We did not decide until we got off the ship to do the snorting excursion. We rented a taxi and the driver (a female) asked if we had a “reservation” she said she needed to stop and get us tickets. We were charged $35.00 each which was $7.00 more at the gate. We did NOT need “reservations”. They made $30.00 off the 4 of us.

The line to get off the ship was very long, hot, chaotic. Took us 45 min to get off the ship. Almost late for our excursion. After doing this so many times you would expect better.

We rent a scooter and made the island tour by ourselves and it was good. nothing to worry about.
