We booked the Starfish snorkeling tour for 4. Was not thrilled with the way they handled a small medical issue 2 of us have and wouldn’t let those 2 snorkel despite the fact they were scuba certified. No refund offered, just a boat ride for 2 of the 4 of us. It was very disappointing. The 2 of us that got to snorkel had a good time though. Their paperwork filled out beforehand should state that if you have this medical condition you will not snorkel on this tour.

If I do the snorkel excursion/beach day from carnival will I have enough time to shop before or afterwards? Hubby loves the shopping at this port. Any one do this before?

Beautiful port. Nice shops lots to do. We went to Mr. Sancho which was excellent. The most I ate the entire cruise. I loved their fish.

Shopping at downtown better. Take the taxi. Don't buy from the vendors at the port. They are scam artists. We did the dolphin tour which was amazing! And the Cozumel Highlights Island tour, which I highly recommend. Air conditioned bus!
