I had two excursions that we booked through the cruise line cancel the tours that we had booked with them. We basically lost that day of a port call. I would like to be compensated for that lost day at the port of Cozumel. We were unable to get a decent excursion in Cozumel from Royal Caribbean while several of our friends had great excursions for less money from Hilton Honors and American Express.

We went Chakanaab Resort, which was not a part of the NCL excursion, we had a great time swimming with 2 dolphins. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

My son and grandson went on the ATV/Snorkeling excursion and said it was the highlight of their trip. We girls stayed in the shops and were accosted by all sorts of shop keepers. At one point, we got off of the main street and walked a block back into the town which had several small local businesses which were more pleasant for shopping.
