We chose the least expensive excursion (Beach and Downtown on your own). It was only 29.95 per person and was amazing. The beach club was very comfortable. We took a tour of a family owned Tequila company and were able to sample 7 different types of Tequila. We even got to swim with the fish. It was the best part of our trip to Cozumel aside from the beautiful beach, food, and the wonderful people. However, if you need to use the restroom in downtown Cozumel be sure to have spare change. To use the restroom there is a charge of at least 0.50.

I want to live here!!! Where did the adventure park zip line and snorkeling . OMG... The best time ever!! I was worried it would be some generic zip lining park but no it was tucked into the trees and right off the water. Excellent excellent suburb staff. They walked us through all the safety to do zip lining and repelling off buildings and then after a hot time we went snorkeling. This Totally made our vacation!!! Would do this again and again. Incredible amount of fish, the worlds clearest teal waters, and sooooooo great!!! My son is 14 and there was another 15 year old and two 5 years old. EVERY ONE WAS AMAZED!! Its a wonderful thing to get teenagers excited about something but also have the Age variance of little kids loving it too...sooooo great!!

Cozumel was my favorite port. We selected the "Blue Water Sea Trek Helmet Diving & Snorkeling" excursion. This was an unbelievable adventure, it was like being placed in a fishbowl. We went down several feet underwater, and walked along the ocean floor. We saw all types of sea life, from various schools of fish to sea urchins. We were also able to touch many of them as well. The photo's and video of the excursion were so well done, that we couldn't pass up purchasing the packages, which cost are around fifty to sixty dollars. Lastly, upon leaving we were given a complimentary tequila shot and margarita, at a nearby restaurant. If you want to try something completely out of the box, this excursion is definitely for you. We loved it!

When visiting this port I strongly advise Chankanaab Adventure Park. You can swim and interact with dolphins, swim at the beach, as well as doing a little shopping and swimming in the pool. I would also say to go eat at Margaritaville . This is not in Chankanaab, but in the section where you get off the boat. Its a fun, friendly great restaurant to eat at.

It rained heavily so we canceled Mr Sancho's. We just went to the port and picked up a couple of souvenirs and we went right back on the ship. Still one of my favorite ports on the Western Itinerary but it's time to change it up.
