Food and Dining

Guy's Burger Joint is still one of my faves on the ship, it never disappoints. The main dining room was also very good. The stuffed mushroom appetizer and salmon main course were delicious.
Onboard Activities

There was definitely plenty to do on sea days, such as dance classes, bingo, and trivia/random games/contests. I won a coveted "ship on a stick" trophy for the paper airplane flying contest!
Entertainment

Our Cruise Director Mikey was fantastic! The fun was nonstop with this guy, he was so full of energy and great jokes. Carnival, he is definitely a keeper! One of the best parts of the entire cruise, was Mikey's eighties party on the Empress Deck, it was epic!

Overall the ship was clean, but the windows need a good pressure washing.

Our cabin was very clean and properly serviced daily.
Costa Maya was stunning. We selected the "Taste of Costa Maya & Beach Break with Open Bar" excursion. The beach was breathtaking. The water was so clear, you could see all the way down to the bottom. In certain areas, we were able to see the fish swimming around us. All of the beverages, alcoholic/non-alcoholic, were included. There was also food served on the beach at a very reasonable price. My husband and I, had some of the best tacos and pico de gallo that we've ever tasted. The only downside, is that there are a lot of locals coming up to you trying to sell various items, and that did become slightly annoying at times. Overall, the experience was amazing!
Cozumel was my favorite port. We selected the "Blue Water Sea Trek Helmet Diving & Snorkeling" excursion. This was an unbelievable adventure, it was like being placed in a fishbowl. We went down several feet underwater, and walked along the ocean floor. We saw all types of sea life, from various schools of fish to sea urchins. We were also able to touch many of them as well. The photo's and video of the excursion were so well done, that we couldn't pass up purchasing the packages, which cost are around fifty to sixty dollars. Lastly, upon leaving we were given a complimentary tequila shot and margarita, at a nearby restaurant. If you want to try something completely out of the box, this excursion is definitely for you. We loved it!
