Cozumel, Mexico Port Reviews

We loved Cozumel! So much to do and see. Shopping is excellent. The port area is a very fun environment and safe. Vendors were friendly and not overbearing. Getting you to and from excursions is setup well and executed without alot of confusion.

It was very pretty. We went to the Salsa, Salsa, & Margaritas excursion and it was so much fun! The Dancing Chefs were the best.

Paradise Beach all inclusive!! This is by far the best island in the Caribbean, and the best beach. Cheap taxis - very clean during Covid, and just great people.

Although it was raining/cloudy at times, our excursion to Pasion Island was an awesome experience. The food wasn't so bad, free drinks were a little watered down like some stated but it was OK. The ride on the catamaran was fun and watching everyone having fun was great to see. The beach was clean, people just doing their own thing and some played games and funny. This was the All-inclusive spent 3 hours there and just relaxed and laid on the chair and soaked it all in. Kayaks were available for use and hammocks for relaxation as well. The ride on the catamaran were 45 minutes each way and tour guides were funny and personable and very interactive- Jorge and Anid (sp?) This trip was May 21-25 2018.

Our excursion was cancelled and we didn't find out until the last moment. In desperation we took up a local cab driver who offered to take us for a "time share" talk. Fortunately for us, they didn't anyone available to give us the time share speech, but they let us use the facility anyway for free! We had a wonderful time snorkling and enjoying free drinks! I will highly recommend El Cid resort for this reason alone!

Cozumel was nice. It was windy when we went so a few excursions were cancelled. We took a taxi to downtown cozumel where we met up with my sister and her husband who decided to rent a car. We hopped in with them and drove around the island for sightseeing.. I assumed it would be better than it was based on all the reviews, but overall it was nice

Cozumel has plenty of shops right off the port! With Margaritaville and other food outlets. Unfortunately it rained here also. But I’m Im sure this would’ve been my favorite port! Shop shop till you drop drop 😍

Really sad our excursion was cancelled due to rain but we had a ton of fun eating shopping and drinking. Would like to go back in the future to do an excursion
