As a whole, We had a VERY good time.... but in my opinion for the price of the cruise itself and then having to pay for ALL beverages (due to drink package rules)... I feel like going to an all inclusive resort would be a better option...... But that just me.

The food was to die for! So awesome,, the variety was endless. The drinks were good also, the only thing is you have to pay for everything from bottled water to alcoholic drinks. I was not able to purchase an alcoholic drink package due to the rest of my would have had to buy one also.... VERY UNFAIR!... I ended up paying over $500 for beverages during the 8 days.... this policy really needs to be revisited.

The cabin was beautiful.. Down fall was that it was extremely WARM,,,, barley could sleep at night because the A/C was not working properly

This is a Huge Ship... be prepared for tons of walking and waiting.... and remember food is on 1 end and entertainment is on the other end. That way you remember to use the closest elevator to that area. Otherwise you will be walking from one end to the other...
Again Beautiful!.... we had a group tour and the driver was superb! we had a flat tire right after we got started, but Jerry was on top of it... he called and got us another bus and away we went.
I don't know about Royal but on NCL, while you are required to buy drink packages for both people, they will allow you to buy just one if the other doesn't drink. They will make the second person buy a soda package but if you choose the drink package as your choice when you book, and the soda package it it is nowhere near 500 bucks.
Thanks for your opinion and your review I still think cruising is the best value for your vacation money after you add up everything they offer for the price of the basic cruise ticket keep on cruising don’t give up on it I love to cruise
Compared to an AI, I think the cruise is still a better value overall.
