I went to the Mayan ruins and chocolate factory tour. I had a nice time learning about how different the ruins were to the one in Costa Maya. The guide Juan and bus driver were especially friendly and informative. Great tour.

Didn’t do any shopping, just took a taxi straight to the beach club. We went to Playa Mia and had a great time. Albert took care of us with drinks and the buffet had some really good selections. there was plenty to do: lay out, paddle boats, jet skis, floating on a raft in the turquoise water, and those giant two person floating tricycles haha. I love people watching and it was clear that this is a kid friendly beach club. They had those giant inflatables in the water and kids were having a blast! There’s plenty of shade if you want to just relax with a book. Clean bathrooms. My husband and I really enjoyed this excursion.

We rented a car and drove around the island. People are very pushing on wanting you to buy stuff.

Cozumel is a fun shopping port if you are in to that. The wife is into that so she had a great day.
