Vendors are rude. Had a bad incident with one of the vendors, asked how a scarf was tied. I was not buying that one but was interested in another. They push the stuff on you. She told me if I am not buying then go away and threw the scarf down . Very rude.

Loved this port but the first two excursions we chose were cancelled due to lack of people signing up. But we saw other excursions (xplor) with only two people!!! We weren’t told til 1 hour before our excursion that it was cancelled so we were scrambling to pick another. Very disappointed with this whole mess but loved the port. We were even misdirected by boat staff when we got to port that we almost missed our ferry!! And we weren’t the only ones. There were about 20-25 of us who were led the wrong way and almost missed our ferry.

We did the dolphins swim and vio. Our dolphin didn't want to cooperate very well, but overall it was a good excursion. Free food and drinks. Be prepared to pay about $200 for pictures. But we'll worth it.

We love the snorkeling here! We did an excursion with First Lady Sport Fishing Cozumel, well worth the money! Great crew and an amazing time. They also made us fresh guacamole and ceviche, on the boat and it was amazing!
