We took a taxi to paradise beach that the driver suggested since we had our 4 year old daughter with us. It was very clean and calm waters. This beach had floating water obstacle course and a big blow up slide that my daughter loved as long as I stayed by her side lol. It was a blast and can't wait to go back to cozumel to make new memories.

Did the save a turtle excursion today which both my wife and I enjoyed very much. Our guide was Mario who was extremely knowledgeable about most things on the island. We managed to save 2 turtles although we found the remains of 98 eggs so hopefully the other 96 baby turtles made it safely to the sea. After we saved the turtles we then went to see how the mayans lived and learned a bit about their culture, all very interesting. Really enjoyed this tour and found some good bargains in the shops on the way back to the ship.

Enjoyed another great experience at Mr. Sancho's. Although it rained for an extended period of the day, the staff was amazing. The pool was heated so there were actually quite a few people in it while it rained. The bartenders Jersy and Andres were excellent as was our waiter Martin. Looking forward to a future visit to Mr. Sancho's.

We took a tour of the Tulum Ruins. Great trip, but a lot of wasted time getting to and from the ruins. 3 hours in transit and not enough time to enjoy the ruins or see Cozumel. Do something on the island instead. Save Tulum for when you stay on the mainland.

We've been to Cozumel 5 times and have enjoyed it each time. This time we went to El Cid Hotel, right next to the International Pier. Easy walk, only a block or two from the pier exit. Paid $20pp for entrance, $12pp of that was for food & drink credit at the restaurant. Bucket of 5 beers for $14. Small beach area, pool, kids pool, hot tub - all very great and well worth the money. Grandson, 4 years, was free. We got out early, stayed late, had shade, sun, sand, water - what else is needed. The port area had a lot of shopping area as well. Many great options in Cozumel.

Went to Mr. Sanchos and loved it. Taxi drivers were excellent and so were the shops near the port. They didn’t mind me being short 2 Pesos, very nice.

Easy port to just walk around. The food at Margaretaville is insane expensive. Gringo prices for sure. Had a good time outside the port. Lots to see and do.

When you have been to Cozumel numerous times and feel "Been there. Done that.", take the Cozumel History Walking tour. Really worthwhile! Learned a lot and enjoyed a more local restaurant and learned tons about Cozumel history and learned amazing things about making tequila. Not what I thought. MUST DO!
