Roatan is such an interesting Port. Our excursion took us around the island and then on a boat to see dolphins and wildlife and then snorkel. This was a fun excursion.

If you're a scuba diver, you'll love this place! One of the top places to dive in the world! Incredible reefs and sea turtles! The scuba company that the cruise ship uses is reputable and discussed the environmental sensitivities prior to diving (ie. don't touch anything, don't take anything, takes hundreds of years for these corals to develop and we want to preserve, etc)

Got off the boat but was not impressed with the locals and things to do. Got back on the boat and had a fun day on the ship!

On this trip, we just shopped and did not plan an excursion as we visited Roatan four years ago and did a couple of excursions then.

Gorgeous island!! So exciting to pull up to this jungle looking island. We heard many have a fantastic time snorkeling here. Wish we would have tried it. Also they have a zipline as well that had great reviews from others. The beaches are spectacular!
