did an excursion (whale and dolphin sighting) terrible. hasd to walk to docks whicj meant walking thru a one lane tunnel with cars going thru and barely enough room to walk. excursion terrible. they had no intentions of sighting as crew slept upstairs. boat not safe (loose handrails). just rode out turned and returned slow as to get time of excursion done. Royal did reimburse after we complained but they need to do better job checking out excursions

Description of tour lacked information as to how far one needed to go down steep steps to see water falls or get the "free" drink. Several of us were using canes or walkers and didn't try to make the trek down.
