We did not do any excursions - we went to the beach and stopped in at one of the local restaurants on the water

We took a Land/semi- submersible Excursion. Due to the murkiness of the water it was tough to see the ship wreck, but still was interesting. It was fun to be on the water and our tour guide was terrific! The bus part was great! The Island of Aruba is beautiful, especially the many beaches! My husband especially enjoyed talking to the guide. We were surprised at how Aruba has become such a large resort area with all the hotels, casinos and high risers.

Though windy this was a neat place to visit. We took a cab to Eagle Beach and enjoyed the better part of the day there.

Nice port. Had been there before. We took a tour which went to the Aloe Plant. Didn't buy anything cause it was very expensive. Stopped and bought some soveniers.

My son and I went diving with JADS. They picked us up outside the port area and brought us back. We did a drift dive on the reef which was fun the current wasn't real strong but would want to have to fight it for sure. There were a lot of turtle, some ray, and good fish life. Then we went to the famous ship wreck of aruba. There was some good activity of life there but way to many people there snorkeling and diving. Had a good visit to aruba. Will do a land tour next time.

Took a cab to eagle beach that was beautiful with fine sand water sports, thatched cabanas and lounge chairs. Then we found our paradise on palm beach. All beaches in Aruba are free with reasonable chair prices but the drinks are a bit expensive.
