The taxis are everywhere but some of the drivers are rude and too aggressive. Interview a couple. And make sure it’s the one you will be with not just a spokesman for another drive. Be aware of the condition of the car and make sure it passes your requirements before making a deal. Some cars are too big and they stuff to many people in. So make sure. The island is very pretty. And the local people are ok as long as you are spending money.

This Island seemed to be the most domesticated island we visited. More like what you would see in your Sunshine vacation cities in the US. There was a lot to see and do. My favorite was the Turtle and Ship wreck excursion. Though we didn't see a turtle, too many people in the area, we saw a very large stingray and a lot of tropical fish around the ship wreck.

Barbados is really the Jewel in the Crown of the Caribbean. For a beach day with lots to do, look no further than the Boatyard. A great place on the island for a fun filled day at the beach. Great atmosphere with lots to do. There is Inflatable water park, snorkelling trips, shipwreck dives and the opportunity to swim with the sea turtles. This is all included in the entry price. Sun loungers, umbrellas and a free drink is all included with the price. By night, head to Harbour Lights for the most amazing beach party.
