Bonaire is a beautiful island. We did a highlights tour with Ship Mate.

There should be a bus or shuttle that would take guests to a from the boat so we are not using the public transportation and take the risk of getting lost or scammed. Especially since the beach where they dropped us off looked suspicious at first but it ended up being a great time.

Bonaire was very nice.. lovely and clean!. Didn't care for the port time. ..1 to 10 pm. Many shops started closing at dusk. (about 6pm). We did pirate ship snorkeling excursion . .. liked it, but didn't get enough time to actually snorkel. too much time spent getting from point a to point c... it was enjoyable though and the crew was awesome. We a late start and got back about 530.

Didn't do excursion, just walked around town. Wished I'd gone on excursion.

Stretch your legs with a walk around port, but not much else to do.
