We didn't book a tour and when we went off the ship there was not much open at the port. If you go here book a tour if you want to see anything.

Tortola is beautiful, but the highlight of this was the excursion to Soggy Dollar Bar & Beach great people and beautiful water with a white sand beach

Took the excursion to Jost Van Dyke. The overall time in port for Tortola is way too short and in the future we'll be shopping for cruises that provide an extended time in this port.
