Review summary
Negatives: extremely unhappy with minimal dining options, buffet over crowded, not enough seating and same food day after day, little to do during the day, very poor guest relations desk, we were without toilets ship wide for several hours one day, in our case on 2 separate days!! These were just a few of a very long list. Positives: wonderful room, excellent entertainment, fabulous dining staff in Black Crab that served us. For us overall experience 3 out of 10.Embarkation
