Review summary

Negatives: extremely unhappy with minimal dining options, buffet over crowded, not enough seating and same food day after day, little to do during the day, very poor guest relations desk, we were without toilets ship wide for several hours one day, in our case on 2 separate days!! These were just a few of a very long list. Positives: wonderful room, excellent entertainment, fabulous dining staff in Black Crab that served us. For us overall experience 3 out of 10.

Sorry for your disappointment

Sorry you did not enjoy it. People either seem to love or hate MSC. Those that enjoy it the most usually book the yacht club experience. Those that are the most dissatisfied seem to book the cheapest option available, and then are disappointed when they don’t get the top level experience. It is definitely a you get what you pay for experience on MSC.
