Review summary

Enjoyed the ship we rebooked for July 2017 and the ship did not disappoint. Of all the Cruise lines we have been on, RCL, Carnival, Celebrity, MSC and Norwegian, we prefer the NCL brand and ships as they are newer fleet wide and the extras you get is wonderful.. RCL is a close 2nd.. especially the Oasis class, Allure of the Seas..

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
plenty of options to eat with over 25 dinning options.. One of my favorites was O'Sheenhan's (free) and the Teppanyaki (Specialty) was a very nice experience.. We recommend the Waterfront for dining as we did oceanside at La Cucina, Italian one evening and the Sunset with our meal was unforgettable..

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
the activities were ok as there is many things to do, however we went for relaxation and found the Spice H2O a wonderful for that. It is Adults only during the day and is picture perfect with the water grotto.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Tony Award®-winning musical, After Midnight. And when you want to hear something just a little bit different, the laughs bursting out of Headliners Comedy Club was excellent.. Also went to one of the clubs and heard dueling piano's. The Casino which we love was nice but late in evening could get a little smoke smell.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The BEST I have seen on any of our cruises. If we needed anything they were right there to help and went beyond what we expected..

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Layout was good and the fishes on the carpet are a nice touch to let you know which way is the front of the ship. As this is a larger ship at the time 4200 passengers can get a little crowded in the elevators.. Always saw someone cleaning the ship or vacuuming..

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
was a Mini Suite with plenty of room and the shower was the largest I have seen on a ship. Excellent job by NCL. Worth the extra 100.00 from a typical Balcony..

Ship tip

There is so much to do and see from the wonderful Art Auctions, to dinning on the Waterfront to Spice H2O for relaxation. this ship is sure to please..
