Beautiful private island. Food trucks and buffet food is actually very good. Plus your wifi and drink package also works on the island.

Very windy and had 2 rain showers - needs to develop more. Coco kay was so much better.

Excursion was expensive compare to the other island. The land was very small and lack enjoyment. The area needs some serious development which is currently undergoing, however we was told we could board the ship as late as 9:30pm however we was ushered back on board by security from 6:00pm. I didn’t mind anywho because there’s nothing to do anyway. I suggest having excursions that are realistic and cheaper.

Beautiful island. We did a tour of the light house that was fun. The beaches were too cold for us to swim in but they were crystal clear and beautiful just the same. Lots of available free lounge chairs and umbrella to rent for 5 bucks.

Meal service hours very limited, much like on the ship. Bar staff was extremely lax and unprofessional on the cay - at the lighthouse bar the bartender literally kept eating potato chips as he was taking our drink order. At a couple bars we stopped to get drinks it, it was obvious that they weren't supervised or on camera, as they weren't very focused

We did no excursion here but the island is great. Seven beaches though a few were understandably closed. You can’t possibly keep them all staffed for so few passengers. There were several bars and the beach had bar servers to bring drinks (most of the time.) They had shops but they didn’t seem to be doing much business. There were skidoo and kayak rentals available. The lighthouse light show at night was great. You could watch from the decks or from Lighthouse beach next to fire pits. They had a free buffet lunch on shore but again I wasn’t impressed. Overall though we really enjoyed this 2 days. The weather was nice but the water was a little chilly.

Not a lot to do here yet. Feels like the opening was rushed. Didn't help that it rained the last five hours we were in port. The rain washed out any night time activities that they had planned. Not MSC's fault that it rained, but they own the island, so I would expect them to have some kind of backup indoor activity in case it does rain. It is the Bahamas after all, it's not like rain is uncommon in this area. Have a plan.

Very well organized day on the island. Time on the beach passed pleasantly and very quickly. It is a pity that the sea state and strong wind prevented activities outside the island. I am happy to be back in a few years to see how the palm trees and other vegetation grew.

Our drinks package carried over to the private island but they only had 1 beach bar open. Experienced long lines, hassled staff and shortages.

This is our second time on Ocean Cay, first time in Yacht Club and Ocean House. We did not rent a cabana but we did take a wave runner tour.
