My experience is 1 that I don’t want to think about. I actually think that MSC staff spoilt my cruise experience. I think the island was great and I enjoyed it, but I didn’t want to get back onto the ship because I was upset by the staff attitude, behaviour and unwillingness. I would also like to add that MSc doesn’t offer you a good WiFi connection in your room and argues that being UNLIMITED data has a restriction according to Guest service worker (Mr Williams)
In regards to the dinner service that was overall a 2 out of 10.
I suggest this ship get pulled of the market and a serious review be done.
Embarkation

Being from the UK, MSC had an issue with visa requesting that we show proof of Esta. It’s not rock science to see a UK passport and a stamp from the USA customs to know we have the relevant paperwork.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Food was always cold, we had to send the food back food every flipping day, the sausage was un cooked and the staff always got our order incorrect. We spent countless hours in the dinning hall waiting for our food only to be rushed out as the Staff has to prepare for 8:15pm dinning.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
The pools was not big enough for the amount of traveler on the ship it was a long wait to use the facilities. Staff rushed of out within 15min.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Music was awful. We only had Latino music being played. Where meant to be on a Caribbean cruise but did not reflect that at all. Everywhere was 1 type and style of music.
Children's Programs
Did not have any children
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
House keeping was very good Marvin the house keeper was phenomenal and I asked guest service to ensure that his work ethic was great. However
The rest of the crew was bloody rude, unfriendly, come with attitude if you ask for them to do anything it was a big problem, one of the staff Marie was helpful however her boss Williams was very Disrespectful, even to solve a simple solution the crew staff made a massive issue. There problem solving skills are horrid, and I feel as if they didn’t even want to work.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The cleanliness was very good the designs was very confusing at first however the ship lacked the basic instructions and to be honest I would ask MSC to really think about the design of this ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

House keeping was outstanding the size of the bedroom was outstanding the size of the shower was clearly for babies if your over 14 and big bone you will not and cannot fit into the shower, their was no room to wash. This ships bathroom couldn’t never compare to Carnival glory nor royal Caribbean. Why do we have a double bed/ twin beds in a room that only has electric sockets on 1 part of the room.
Ship tip
Never sail on this ship. I am honest in my review and I am struggling to find positives on this ship other than I met a few people who shared my concerns. I believe that MSC hierarchy should have someone travel unbeknown and experiences the experience we as hard working paying customers received.
We did not go to the main port so we miss all the shopping area. We also got told that it’s a 15min drive from port to Dunn’s river fall which ended up being a 2 min drive, in fact it’s walking distance.
We couldn’t dock at this island and so we had to take random boats from the middle of the ocean to get onto land. The country itself is beautiful but very pricey.
Excursion was expensive compare to the other island. The land was very small and lack enjoyment. The area needs some serious development which is currently undergoing, however we was told we could board the ship as late as 9:30pm however we was ushered back on board by security from 6:00pm. I didn’t mind anywho because there’s nothing to do anyway. I suggest having excursions that are realistic and cheaper.
I know it's not where it's supposed to be in the bathroom, but there is a box of facial tissues located in the top right drawer on your desk. I discovered it looking for my free pen and sewing kit.
I'm cruising in February. Been on Holland, Carnival and Royal Caribbean. First time with MSC. Booked this through cruise. Com.
My travel agent asked if she could help out with our honeymoon and I told her I saw a great deal with MSC Armonia. She tried to get us to cancel with some horrible things. Just received another tex from her today saying pack your own toilet paper they only give your 1 roll and no box tissues. I hope my cruise will be a wonderful experience picked this ship because the bigger ships are too full and too busy with all the added activities you can't enjoy the quiet of the night on the deck. See you in February
It is a smaller ship - so some of the things you mentioned are to be expected. Grand turk is a tender port. Its not random little boats- thats how its done and it happens with other cruise lines too, not just MSC. Sorry you had a bad vacation, maybe cruising its not for you.
So negative you get what you pay for ...if you want a newer ship with all the bells and Whistles then book and pay for it !!!!the issue of the ports .. it's up to you to do your research before you go some ports are tender boats as the ships simply cannot dock !!!
Think you wouldn't be happy with anything if you can't be happy and enjoy your vacation best you save your money and stay home !!!!!
To start off with, you gave one star ratings to things you found good! Learn how to use the app!!! Second was on the same ship in early December 2019,loved it! It is an older ship, doesn't have all the fancy amenities other ships have, but still nice. Like I've commented before the only people rude on the ship were passengers. People trying to get on elevators before we could get off, then complain about it, and having something smartass to say. Sounds like you are the same type of person.
