Beautiful island. Don't bother to pay for a beach umbrella, there's plenty while the ship is sailing at only 25% capacity.

Still need to improve service staff and bar stock and supplies, need to improve processing of transactions with wifi service. The system was down and most of the transaction needed to be process manually. Understaff crew to attend a large group of passangers

This was the second overnight stay but did not go ashore due to requirements to wear a mask everywhere, including beach or sunning.

Ocean Cay is an amazing port of call. It is so beautiful and quite large. We rented a cabana for $250, and I highly recommend it. We had 10 people in our party, and it worked out great. Also, we could see the lighthouse light show at night from our balcony and it was great.

The visit to this private island allowed us to play in the sand, swim and snorkel, and also grab a drink.

Beautiful island, we received zero service, and horrible interactions with any staff we tried to speak to! We also only got 2 hours on island due to incoming storm, with zero stands open for drinks or food! We were forced back on the ship due to thirst and hunger
