Review summary

Ship could receive better reviews if they held their employees to higher standards! I've never witnessed such poor customer service! Run as fast as you can, and maybe in 10 years, it'll be revamped and better!

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Slow, but customer service was satisfactory

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I give this a 3 only because the drinks were perfect, the food not so much!

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Not enough to do, pool water way to strong!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows and Entertainment were definitely the best part of the cruise, although I'd still never return!

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Daughter loved kids zone!

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Absolute worst I've ever experienced sailing! Never again!

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Pretty details, design is like a terrible maze, lots and lots of water leaks!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was great, our room attendant was horrendous and lazy! He attacked my 14 year old son verbally for being sick and in bed at 8pm, and not leaving lights on so he knew he was in there! He didn't clean our room at all on day 3, skipped it entirely! Poor customer service skills! All our RCC room attendants have always been amazing, worst experience!

Ship tip

Run as fast as you can- avoid MSC

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
Great baggage service at Port, lost daughter's luggage in ship! After searching many rooms, it was located!

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Beautiful island, we received zero service, and horrible interactions with any staff we tried to speak to! We also only got 2 hours on island due to incoming storm, with zero stands open for drinks or food! We were forced back on the ship due to thirst and hunger

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Although rainy, we enjoyed everyone!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
It was actually flawless, and to be honest, for the first time ever, we couldn't wait to disembark this ship!
