We cruised to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary and my 75th birthday. Was supposed to get champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a birthday cake. We got NONE. Did not like the ship or most of the staff. Not friendly at all.

Dining room was great. Buffet was very confusing and beverage stations were so small you could not get drink without bumping into someone. also, no creamers for coffee at most stations

Saxophone player, Eli was wonderful. Ships stage shows were so much alike, we did not attend the last night of cruise. Have a comedian one night

Dining room server, Caesar was wonderful. Never saw room steward till morning we disembarked. Other personnel were not friendly, did not smile or bid you good day.

Layout of ship was terrible. Very confusing to get from floor 6 to floor 5.
Cabin / Stateroom

Hardly any room to enter cabin with bed so close to wall. Expected so much more for price we paid. We were on Norwegian rear balcony and was 100% nicer.

Ship TOO large and terrible layout. Book different cruise line.
We only docked from 8 am to 1 pm due to weather. Not completely finished yet but when done, will be beautiful. We did go on the beach and in the water.
