As others have mentioned, there isn't much here. Walked up and down the two main streets and along the waterfront. Excursions were not of much interest either. Of all the ports, this one is the least interesting...just go out, stretch your legs and enjoy a couple hour walk.

Just walked around a bit and went to the Irish pub. In hindsight wished we had waited an hour and just did the boardwalk. Some good little dockside eats and drinks. This of course is in lieu of an excursion.

Again we rented a car and drove to Ignomish Beach. We wanted to drive as much of the Cabot trail as we could. We took the route where you cross over the river by the car ferry which was very cool and saves a lot of time. Easy to drive and plan accordingly based on when you have to be back on the ship.

We took a bus to Baddeck. After getting on the bus and DRIVING for a short time we were told the air conditioning did not work on the bus. "They had it fixed they thought" The bus had been running before we boarded it. Should have known as driver had his window open. They knew very well the air was not working. We roasted in the several hours of travel. Can you a full bus of folks roasting on the bus. Some were close to passing out, hyperventling , coughing, wheezing. After the second trip of being horrible complained they gave me 15% off the trip. Which was an insult. They knew the bus air was broke before we even left.
